By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using NexAlePOS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

Product Description

NexAlePOS is a PHP and MySQL Point of Sale software product intended for retail, service, and branch-based shop workflows. The package may include source code, database schema, web installer, deployment documentation, security guidance, backup guidance, operations notes, and optional license validation materials.

Requirements

NexAlePOS is designed for PHP 8.1 or newer, MySQL 5.7 or newer, Apache or compatible hosting, PDO MySQL, mbstring, HTTPS for production, and writable storage folders for sessions, logs, cache, and uploads. Buyers are responsible for confirming that their hosting environment meets the requirements.

License And Use

Your purchase grants you the rights described on the checkout page, product delivery page, or license documentation included with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated in your purchase terms, you may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, or publish the product files as your own downloadable product.

Commercial Use

NexAlePOS may be used as a practical POS foundation for your own shop, client projects, or software-service work only according to the license terms attached to your purchase. Any installation service, customization, client delivery, or resale packaging you provide is your responsibility.

Support

The official support contact for this offer is contact@appesty.com. Support is provided through email only. Support does not include unlimited customization, third-party hosting troubleshooting, custom feature development, or business consulting unless separately agreed in writing.

7-Day Refund Policy

Contact contact@appesty.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number to request a refund. Second purchase of the same product, renewals, and upsells are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed in 30-35 business days, and the license is permanently revoked.

No Guarantee

NexAlePOS is provided as a software product. We do not guarantee that it will produce income, sales, clients, business growth, or a specific operational result. Buyers are responsible for testing the software, configuring it safely, backing up data, and deciding whether it is suitable for their environment.

Security And Backups

Buyers are responsible for using HTTPS, protecting admin accounts, managing passwords, limiting access, applying any updates or patches made available, and maintaining reliable backups of their installation and database.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NexAlePOS and its seller are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including lost profits, lost data, downtime, failed hosting, misconfiguration, or third-party service problems.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
